Trifecta of Italian flavor! Three tender slices of delicately seasoned eggplant rolled loosely around the creamiest lightest ricotta I've ever tasted. As if this lusciousness weren't enough of a taste sensation, S & V chefs bathe this —ideal for lunch— appetizer with the perfect amount of melted mozzarella and their oh so succulent tomato sauce. Outstanding!
